Our guest today is Dr. Jenna Gourlay. Jenna is a sports physical therapist, adjunct professor, and mentor, based in Evansville, Indiana.

She has a contagious passion for the PT industry and is driven to help empower PTs in all stages of their careers.

Today we discuss how she went from PE to PT and the overall educational system. We talk undergrad, residencies, and give a wealth of knowledge for those early in their physical therapy journey. We shift the conversation to current physical therapists and dive into the day-to-day, the dangers of burning out, and how to avoid it.

Whether you’re years into your PT journey, in the middle of your education, or just interested in a physical therapy career, this episode is for you.
